Bill Bowman
joined LSI in 1975. Mr. Bowman has been
with the company for over 32 years. He
began in the assembly line and has worked in every department in the factory. From the assembly line he was promoted to
Plant Manager to VP of Engineering, and today is the Vice President/General
Manager of LSI. His areas of expertise
include organization, operations and customer service.
Mr. Bowman's responsibility is to work with clients and
internal associates to develop solutions that will meet the needs of our
customers for today and the future; provide a safe, and rewarding environment
for associates who work at the LSI facility in Minneapolis; deliver a quality
product in a consistent and timely manner to meet the needs of the market; and
achieve the financial performance goals that will allow the Company to continue
to prosper and serve the needs of our clients for years to come.
